DR. MIHÁLY SCHRANZ

CEO, founding partner

Former number one leader of Property Market, which also develops the BudaPart district. He started his international real estate career at the Hamburg shopping center developer ECE, then worked at Hochtief AG in Frankfurt. For 8 years, he directed the professional work of Property Market, ranked among the TOP 5 development companies of the domestic real estate market. The development of HillSide Offices, Elysium, BEM Center, and BudaPart is linked to his name. During his career, he directed the management of real estate projects of a magnitude of 1,500 M EUR in total, including 2,500 apartments, 3 hotels, and 200,000 m2 of net floor area office space. He is one of the founders of the Hungarian BIM Association and was a member of the HuGBC presidency. He was elected three times to Portfolio’s list of the TOP 50 most influential real estate market players.

TAMÁS ÁDÁNY

CFO, partner

Former head of OTP Ingatlan Zrt. He started his professional career at PwC, then served as head of project finance at Raiffeisen Bank and FHB. For 8 years, he led the real estate development company of the OTP Group. The development of Csalogány 43, Dagály Park, Királyhágó Residence, and Toldy 19 residential complexes is linked to his name, but he also supervised the Slovak, Romanian, Serbian, and Croatian OTP subsidiaries. From 2019 to 2023, he was the business development director of DVM group/Horizon Development, where he also managed the group’s bond issuance. During his career, he directed the management of real estate projects of a magnitude of 800 M EUR in total, including 3,500 apartments and 2 hotel projects. He was twice elected among Portfolio’s TOP 50 most influential real estate market players.

Dr. Levente Szabó

Managing Partner of LeitnerLaw Szabó & Partners. He began his legal career at Fundamenta Zrt. as a real estate lending project manager, then continued as the leader of the international law firms Rödl & Partner and bnt attorneys-at-law. He has served as legal advisor for numerous significant real estate development projects (Roosevelt Office Building, Capital Square, Infopark, Anjou Residence). As an internationally recognized transaction advisor, he has participated in at least 100 significant transactions representing the seller, the buyer, or the target company. He has contributed to hundreds of projects as a legal advisor to nearly 500 medium and large enterprises. His areas of expertise include corporate and M&A law, competition law, real estate development, and the automotive industry.

András Fülöp

Former Chairman and CEO of Deloitte Hungary. He joined Deloitte as an intern in 1994, and over the following 27 years, he headed numerous different departments. His primary professional field is M&A advisory. During the past twenty years, Deloitte has become the most significant player in the domestic M&A market, a business line that András led for nearly 8 years. Subsequently, he built up the technology consulting business line, which had more than 100 colleagues by the time of his departure. Between 2017 and 2021, he was the leader of the Hungarian office, and additionally served as the leader of the Central European Financial Institutions Industry for nearly 10 years. Currently, he active as an investor, business mentor, and consultant.

László Wolf

Partner

Board member and Deputy CEO of the OTP Group. He began his career at the Banking Relations Department of the Central Bank of Hungary, where he worked for 8 years, and then served as head of treasury at BNP-KH-Dresdner Bank between 1991–93. In April 1993, he became the managing director of OTP Bank’s Treasury Directorate, and since 1994, he has been leading the Commercial Banking Division as Deputy CEO. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of DSK Bank since 2003. Since April 15, 2016, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of OTP Bank. From June 13, 2023, he has served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ipotekabank.
